Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. This is third-party information within the meaning of §§ 8 to 10 TMG; we do not review it for content, nor could that reasonably be expected of us. Responsibility for such content lies solely with the account that entered it. If a concrete infringement becomes known to us, we will remove the affected content immediately and, where necessary, suspend the account.

testr documents test results; it does not verify them. Ratings, comments and evaluations reflect solely the statements of the respective testers. We give no warranty for their accuracy, completeness or significance and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an evaluation. The service replaces neither your own quality assurance nor a release decision.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; unlawful content was not discernible at that time.
